CEBU, Philippines — The government has poured around P50 million worth of infrastructure projects and financial aid into the fifth district of Cebu.

Fifth district Rep. Vincent Franco “Duke” Frasco delivered the projects during the Holy Week.

And, P4 million of the said amount was allocated for the livelihood assistance program for 400 beneficiaries (each received P10,000) from San Francisco in Poro and in Tudela.

Frasco said the aid will help them cope with the pandemic.

“Among nabati ang inyong pag-antos taliwala niining pandemiya. Wala kamo nag-inusara ug naa ang Team Frasco nga inyong kadangpan. Hinaut nga kining Livelihood Assistance makatabang ug pabangon sa inyong panginabuhi ug makahatag kaninyo ug paglaum ug kahupay sa kalisod,” he said.

Frasco and other officials went to Pilar to inaugurate and turn over the P26.8 million worth of projects, which include P9.7 million new police station and P4.8 million concreted road in Barangay Montserrat
