Hubby catches wife with another guy

CEBU, Philippines — A 28-year-old husband is determined to pursue adultery charges against his 24-year-old wife who had promised him she would only go to the mall but was instead caught with another man inside a motel in Barangay Carreta, Cebu City yesterday dawn.
The “other guy” she was caught with was her alleged 48-year-old paramour, who reportedly fathered a child to her while her husband was working as a welder abroad.
The FREEMAN is withholding the names of all parties due to the sensitive nature of the case.
According to Police Major Joemar Pomarejos, chief of Waterfront Police Station, the husband and his wife have two children – ages 5 and 3, but the wife allegedly bore another child while the husband was working overseas.
The third child’s alleged father? The 48-year-old man, who works as a driver.
Police said the husband, who returned home recently, had forgiven his wife’s act and learned to accept the third child as his own.
Until his wife asked permission from him last Sunday that she be allowed to go to a mall in Cebu City from their house in Asturias, a midwestern town in Cebu, to meet with the father of her third child.
“Ang bana OFW; ang babaye nga asawa, nakaanak siya sa lain nga lalaki but gidawat na siya sa bana nga OFW. But gahapon (Sunday), gusto sa lalaki nga amahan sa iyang naanak, gusto makigkita sa babaye kay para sa bata (The older man wanted to meet her and their child),” Pomarejos said.
The husband yielded to the request, but had a plan in mind.
As his wife left the house for the city, he tailed on her.
The secret investigation led him to a motel in Sitio Ponce 2, Barangay Carreta in Cebu City, where he saw his wife enter a motel near midnight on Saturday.
At this point, the husband sought help from the nearby police station.
When the authorities arrived at the motel, the wife and her alleged paramour were caught with their clothes on.
Pomarejos said the husband was convinced that something “fishy” happened between the two and chose to file charges for adultery against them. (FREEMAN)
