Davide supports STL operations
CEBU, Philippines - Cebu Governor Hilario Davide III supports the expansion of Small Town Lottery operations of The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) to increase government revenue and curb illegal gambling across the country.
PCSO launched the expansion project last Tuesday in Manila. It is expected to increase government revenues by more than P27 billion. It is also believed to stop illegal numbers game like jueteng in Luzon and masiao in the Visayas and Mindanao.
