PAGASA-Mactan: Cloudy skies today, sunny on weekend
CEBU, Philippines - The tail-end of a cold front will continue to bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains over Cebu today, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration-Mactan Chief Meteorologist Al Quiblat said Easterlies will affect Visayas that would result to “low chance of rain” for Cebu.
Quiblat advised the public anew to help conserve water with the lingering effects of El Niño to intensify with drought in the coming months.
PAGASA recently forecasted that drought is most likely to hit the country by the month of May.
