TF columnist wins in CAMMA anew

CEBU, Philippines - For the fifth time, Fr. Roy Cimagala of The FREEMAN bagged the best in column writing during the 17th Cebu Archdiocesan Mass Media Awards Night (CAMMA) held last night at the SM City Cebu Cinema One.

Cimagala previously won the category in 2013, 2011, 2009 and 2005.

“Well, thanks to God. This is my fifth. Deo omnis gloria,” he said in a text message.

Cimagala maintains a column called “Hints and Traces”.

The   CAMMA  is  held  every two years to recognize local media practitioners from across all media platforms.

Launched in 1992, CAMMA is a brainchild of Cebu Archbishop Emeritus Ricardo Cardinal Vidal. —  (FREEMAN)
