Wanted for murder nabbed in Moalboal

CEBU, Philippines - The fourth most wanted man in Cebu City for the crime of murder was arrested by CIB operatives in Moalboal town on Saturday night.

Tory Comaling, 22, was already sleeping when CIB operatives arrested him after three years in hiding.

After receiving a tip that the suspect is hiding somewhere in Moalboal, CIB coordinated with the Regional Intelligence Division of the Police Regional Office-7 to conduct surveillance.

The two weeks surveillance operation turned positive and a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Wilfredo Navarro of Regional Trial Court Branch 19.

Comaling has a P150, 000 cash reward and is now temporarily detained at the Cebu City Police Office stockade waiting to be turned over to RTC Branch 19 any time today.  (FREEMAN)
