Man catches wife, neighbor having sex

CEBU, Philippines - A man from Dumanjug is set to file an adultery case against his wife and their neighbor after he caught them having sex inside their house past 5:00 pm last Wednesday.

The man, 51, just returned home after drinking with his friends when he caught his wife, 49, beneath the suspect, 40.

PO2 Ramon Chinel said the man had long been suspecting that his wife was having an affair with their neighbor but ignored it since he did not have evidence.

“Dugay na siya gaduda nga dunay uyab-uyab nga silingan nila pero wa lang una siya,” Chinel said in a phone interview.

That afternoon, the man went home thinking his wife was not around but when he opened the door, he saw his neighbor having sex with his wife.

“Naaktuhan gyud niya ang duha sulod sa balay,” the investigator said.

The neighbor reportedly ran out of the house naked, using the back door.

“Wala kuno’y saplot paglayat sa may kusina dapit unya wa na man siya katingog sa kahubog,” Chinel said.

Adultery, according to Article 333 of the Revised Penal Code, is committed by any married woman who shall have sexual intercourse with a man not her husband and by the man who has carnal knowledge of her knowing her to be married, even if the marriage be subsequently declared void.

Those found guilty of adultery are sentenced to prison correccional in its medium and maximum periods or a jail term of two years, four months and one day to six years.

Chinel said they are still waiting for the man to appear at the police station.  (FREEMAN)
