Man cuts off penis to avoid sinning
CEBU, Philippines - A married man with four children decided to cut off his sex organ to avoid committing “earthly sins.â€
Federico Declaros, 46, a resident of Mandaue City made up his mind last Sunday afternoon and did not regret doing so. He reportedly used a shaving blade to cut off his sex organ at a secluded area located about 30 meters from his house in Barangay Tabok.
Neighbors of the Declaros family said the man was seen heading to a bushy area with a plastic bag in hand. Later, children who were playing in the area noticed Declaros covering himself with the bag and shivering. When they saw that Declaros was bleeding in the groin area, the children rushed to tell their parents. Their parents, in turn, informed Declaro’s wife Narcisa, 41.
Declaros was rushed to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in Cebu City.
In an interview with dySS, Declaros said he just wanted to live a better life with his family.
“Aron dili mutukar akong pagkaseloso sa akong asawa…Mao man gud ni usa sa rason nga magbinastos pud ang tao. (So I won’t get jealous of my wife… this is one of the reasons why people commit sexual sins),†Declaros said.
A year ago, Declaros was admitted to the VSMMC’s psychiatric ward for nervous breakdown.
Declaros’ daughter, Irin, said her father is suffering from depression and even tried to cut off his left index finger two weeks ago. (FREEMAN)
