Fiscal Casiño fund drive

CEBU, Philippines -  The Cebu Lady Lawyers Association (CELLA) and the Federacion Internacional de Abogadas (FIDA Cebu Chapter) strongly condemn the shooting incidents last January 22, 2013 at the Marcelo Fernan Palace of Justice which resulted in the deaths of Dr. Rene Rafols and Atty. Jubian Achas and serious injury to our member, Asst. Cebu City Prosecutor Maria Theresa Casi o who sustained the same in line of duty.

Owing to the serious nature of her injuries, we call on the public to give their contributions for the medical expenses of Asst. Prosecutor Casi?o, who is now confined in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Chong Hua Hospital.
