Rama: Survey shows we have edge

CEBU, Philippines - Survey shows that Mayor Michael Rama and Councilor Edgardo Labella have edge over their political opponents if the elections will be done today.

This was revealed by Rama himself in a press conference yesterday.

But Rama refused to say who commissioned the survery. 

He also did not give figures.

 “Wa ta naghinambog sa atong resulta... Ang-ang mapildi, daog ko uy!” said Rama.

Rama will face Cebu City South District Rep. Tomas Osmeña who will run in tandem with Vice Mayor Augustus Young.

Rama’s runningmate will be Councilor Edgardo Labella.

The mayor also refused to say how his councilors fared in the survey.

He also clarified that he considers the results their guide.

But as of now, Rama said he would focus on work first to ensure his victory.

“Trabaho, trabaho una kay mao nay makapadaug. Og magtinapulan ta, wa tay maani ana,” he said.  (FREEMAN)
