A suspected thief died after he was shot on the head by a man identified as a certain “Agaw” in Barangay Ermita past midnight yesterday.
Juncel “Timoy” Misa, 28, sustained a wound on the face and was rushed to the Cebu City Medical Center where he died a few hours later at 4 am. The shooting happened at the back of the Carbon Police Station.
