For phone sex, burglar to return stolen items

CEBU, Philippines - A man who is said to be a “desperate admirer” of his neighbor went inside her house in Quiapo Compound, Barangay Cansaga, Consolacion, took some items and vowed to return everything if she agrees to have phone sex with him.

The burglar called her up and identified himself as her neighbor. If what he told her over the phone is true, he only wanted to catch her attention and would return everything if she will have sex talk with him over the phone.

Negapatan refused. She was able to record the phone conversation and will present this as evidence if the suspect is arrested.

PO1 Harley Itang, of the Consolacion Police Station, said it was the victim’s father who discovered the burglary at about 7:00 in the morning.

Negapatan’s father just came out of the bathroom when he noticed the items, which were placed on the table at the living room, were missing.

The family suspected that the burglar entered their house through the kitchen door which was left open.    

The burglar reportedly called the victim at about 7:30 in the morning.

“Ang giingon dugay na kuno ni naibog niya pero ang biktima wa man pud kaila,” Itang told The FREEMAN.

Negapatan’s family has been living at the place for about 13 years now so they know everyone around them.

The police are now closely coordinating with Negapatan to identify the culprit. — (FREEMAN)
