CEBU, Philippines - A salesman lost P20,000 to a lone motorcycle-riding robber in Buanoy, Balamban Wednesday afternoon.
Wilson Marilao, 53, of Barangay Labogon, Mandaue City was delivering bakery products to a store in Balamban when he was allegedly robbed of his sales.
Marilao told police investigators that he was inside the store of Elpidio Angcos when the unidentified armed man pointed a gun at him and demanded for his bag containing P20,000 sales.
The robber armed with a Caliber .45 pistol allegedly ordered him and Angcos to drop on the floor before fleeing on his motorcycle.
Marilao’s two other companions, Willy Canoy and Victor dela Cruz, were left inside the delivery truck. They however told the police that they noticed the robber watching Marilao when the latter entered the store of Angcos.
They said they did not recognize him because he was wearing a bonnet and a helmet. — (FREEMAN)
