CEBU, Philippines - Two noted drug pushers were arrested during a buy-bust operation in Sitio Lumboy, Barangay Liboron, Carcar Saturday evening.
Saldito “Saldy” Saducas, 53, and Julito “Digoy” Saducas, 34, were caught having in their possession P2,600 worth of illegal drugs. Confiscated from them were 12 pieces of heat-sealed plastic packs containing substance believed to be “shabu,” four pieces of P100 bill, a small pouch and the P200 bill that was used as buy-bust money.

SPO1 Rolando Bastida, who led the operation, said the suspects were under surveillance since last year.
The buy-bust operation was done at 7 p.m. in a store owned by Saldy inside his residence.

Right after the transaction was completed, the police officers cornered and handcuffed the suspects.
During the interrogation, Digoy disclosed they get their supply of illegal drugs from someone from Cebu City but refused to divulge the name.
