PAF man arrested for hitting wife, son

CEBU, Philippines – A retired Philippine Air Force employee was arrested for bashing his wife and son Monday night in their home in sitio Culo in barangay Basak, Lapu-Lapu City.

Rolando Salimbangon Sr, 55, married, was turned over to the Lapu-Lapu City Police Office after his arrest by village watchmen.

His wife Lucia Salimbangon, 55, said she was constantly clobbered every time her husband was drunk, and this time she sought assistance from the tanods when she got the chance.

The Homicide Section said a case of physical injuries will be filed against the man. (FREEMAN)
