Nicholas Anthony Yee, 38, a resident of Barangay Taytayan, Bogo, posted a bail of P200,000 last week.

Yee was charged for violation of Section 11 of Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.

Yee was arrested by operatives of the Bogo police and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-7 armed with a search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Soliver Peras last November 4.
