CEBU, Philippines – Army soldiers who were sent to San Fernando town for yesterday's elections found the previous night at least three   firearms in a house in barangay Balungag.

Men from the 78th Infantry Battalion became suspicious when a man suddenly left an unfinished house.

The men checked the house and discovered the firearms.

Team leader of the Bravo Company of 78th IB 1st Lt. Ian Adre Fabellon said they found a home-made caliber 9mm Ingram whose magazine had 17 rounds and two caliber .357 revolvers with 12 bullets.

The guns were turned over to the San Fernando Police.
