Jonas, Glenn, businessmen to travel to Shanghai Expo

CEBU, Philippines - Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes, Vice Mayor Glenn Bercede and members of the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) will travel to the People's Republic of China soon to see the Shanghai Expo and meet with businessmen.

The visit by Cortes and Cañete and businessmen in Mandaue City headed by businessman Eric Mendoza is part of the campaign of the city government to strengthen its relationship with other countries.

Cortes hopes that his visit to the People's Republic of China with the help of businessmen in the city will bring fruitful results.

Cortes also said that establishing links with other countries will not only be good for business but would also lead to the protection of the environment.   (FREEMAN NEWS)
