CEBU, Philippines - A 23-year-old man was taken to hospital and is in critical condition after being shot twice while having a drink with friends in sitio Camagong, barangay Poblacion, Lapu-Lapu City.
Nelson Cubia, a resident of Ompad Street, barangay Poblacion, Lapu-Lapu City, was shot twice while drinking around 1:35 am yesterday by two men wearing bonnets, police said.
Police are still pursuing various leads, despite having no witnesses.
Cubia is now at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center. (FREEMAN NEWS)
