CEBU, Philippines - A fetus, about five to six months old, was found floating under the Marcelo Fernan Bridge early morning yesterday in barangay Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City.
SPO3 Rex Ybañez, homicide section investigator, said a 13-year-old girl was the first to see the fetus.
