Man shot dead in Talisay City

CEBU, Philippines - A 23-year-old man was shot dead in barangay Lagtang, Talisay City last Friday dawn by a still unidentified assailant.

Police identified the fatality as Jerson Lastimosa, resident Campo II, Talisay City.

Initial investigation revealed that the victim was drinking with his identical twin brother and other friends at around 1 a.m. at a store when suddenly unidentified person appeared in front of Jerson and shot him, hitting him below his right eye.

He died on the way to the Talisay City District Hospital.
