Man arrested for drugs

CEBU, Philippines - A man was arrested after he was caught in possession of shabu during a saturation drive in Barangay Pulpogan, Consolacion evening last Saturday.

Arrested was Leonardo Cantoy, 56, also a resident of Barangay Pulpogan.

He was caught in possession of a small plastic containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.

The saturation drive was conducted by the Consolacion police.

The white crystalline substance was later proven to be shabu following laboratory examination.
