Man falls off motorcycle, dies
CEBU, Philippines - A 21-year-old man dies after falling off the motorcycle he was driving on the national road in barangay Curva, Medellin town yesterday dawn.
The victim was identified as Artemio Curva, single, resident of barangay Caputatan Sur, also in Medellin.
He sustained severe injuries all over his body, most especially on the head.
Curva was maneuvering his Kawasaki motorcycle bearing plate number 7L-5875.
Initial investigation revealed that the victim came from sitio Navarra to attend a fiesta celebration. On his way home, he was allegedly driving in full speed that he failed to notice a concrete drainage which led to the accident.
His body was found by one Antonio Camelo.
The said report stated that he was hit by his own motorcycle.
The autopsy result also confirmed that Curva succumbed to internal hemorrhage because of the severe injuries he sustained. – Gabriel C. Bonjoc/MEEV (THE FREEMAN)
