Naga pusher falls in buy bust

CEBU, Philippines - A man alleged to be a known drug peddler in Naga City was arrested in a buy-bust operation carried out by the Naga City Police middle of this week.

Wenceslao Eledera, 56 years old, was caught along the highway of barangay Tuyan after police operatives led by SPO4 Ricardo Oca Echavez conducted a buy-bust operation before nabbing the suspect.

Using a P500 bill, PO1 Orlan Condes who acted as poseur buyer was reportedly able to purchase shabu from Eledera.

After the said operation was consummated, responding policemen immediately facilitated the arrest of the suspect and were able to recover from him the marked money.

Eledera is now detained at the Naga City Police Station pending the filing of appropriate case against him. — Antoniette Parce/MEEV   (FREEMAN NEWS)
