CEBU, Philippines - A man was found floating dead in the waters of Pier 1 in barangay San Roque, Cebu City yesterday morning.
The man, whose identity remains unknown, was taken to the San Fernando Funeral Homes and was subjected to an autopsy to determine the cause of his death.
Inspection conducted by police showed that there were neither injuries nor bruises found on the body.
Police believed that the body had been floating since early morning yet because it was still not bloated when the pier’s security guard spotted him around 10 am.
The man was described to be in his late 20’s, medium built, and with dark complexion. He was only wearing basketball shorts when found.
