Man hurt in Dumanjug road accident

CEBU, Philippines - A 37 year-old man is in critical condition after he was hit by a truck transporting candies in Tangil, Dumanjug, last Saturday evening.

SPO1 Ciriaco Luab of Dumanjug police said that Alberto Lañojan Jr., of sitio Sug-ong, barangay Tapon of the said town was driving his motorcycle when he was hit by the Fuso truck with plate number GGD-713 driven by Ronnie Debibar, 35, Mabolo, Cebu City, who was heading north at the time.

Lañojan was rushed to Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, Luab said Lañojan may have been drunk at the time.
