'Winner at 90' raffle promo draw today

CEBU, Philippines - Raffling of entries for the anniversary promotion of The FREEMAN is scheduled today, the very day this paper was established 90 years ago.

Two entry senders are set to win P25,000 each; another six will win Nokia 7210 Supernova mobile phones; while one is set to enjoy a trip for two to Singapore care of Cebu Pacific.

There will be another nine winners of a trip for two to local destinations like Tacloban City, Siargao, Legazpi City, General Santos City, Cotabato City, Bacolod, Dipolog City, Ozamiz City and Roxas City being served by Cebu Pacific.

Also, six will win gift certificates worth P5,000 from Metro Gaisano; two for an overnight stay good for two persons with breakfast at Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa; plus 10 are set to win gift certificates worth P1,000.

Further, there will be one winner of a Sari-Sari Store Start-up Showcase from San Miguel Brewery, Inc. and San Miguel Pure Foods. Draw is set at 10 a.m. today at the 3rd floor of the Star Group Building on D. Jakosalem Street.

It was learned that a number of the entries came all the way from other key cities in the Visayas like San Carlos, Iloilo, Tacloban, Ormoc, Tagbilaran and Bacolod; and key cities in Mindanao – Ozamiz, Cagayan de Oro, Butuan, Iligan and Gingoog, as well as the provinces of Bukidnon and Camiguin. — MEEV (THE FREEMAN)
