Man shot dead in Badian
CEBU - A 42-year-old man was shot to death by an 18-year-old man morning last Wednesday in barangay Banhigan, Badian town.
The victim was identified as Armando Lobingco while the suspect was identified as Kent Dos Pueblos. Both are residents of the same barangay.
Police remain in quandary as to what prompted Pueblos to shoot Lobingco, as initial investigation revealed that the victim was merely washing his hands outside his house when the suspect appeared and then and there shot him on the head.
The incident happened a quarter past 8 a.m.
Lobingco had died before he could even be brought to the hospital. Pueblos remains at large.
