Balamban firm worker caught smoking dope

CEBU – A 19-year-old worker of the Tsuneishi Heavy Industries in Balamban town believed to have smoked marijuana was arrested by the security guards of the company last Friday afternoon at past 1 p.m. Jade Martin Iway, single, resident of the said place, was arrested by the security guards Gamaliel Tagpuno and Ruel Hortelano while he was reportedly in the act of smoking what was believed to be marijuana inside the compound of the said firm.

Tagpuno and Hortelano were the ones who turned Iway over to the Balamban Police Station, according to PO2 Ceasar Climaco. Climaco said that the evidence was already turned over to the police crime laboratory for confirmation. A case would be filed against Iway by Monday.
