Briton files adultery charge vs Pinay wife

CEBU - A British national has filed adultery charges before the provincial prosecutor’s office yesterday against his Filipina wife whose extra-marital affair with her Filipino lover bore two children.

John Grayson, 59, has filed adultery charge against his wife Rita after he found out that his wife got pregnant twice from a certain Ritchie Danolan.

Grayson, in his affidavit, said that he left for Australia last June 2006 for a business trip but when he returned last March 2007, his wife was already pregnant.

He added that when he asked her who the father of the baby was, she told him that it was her boyfriend that she met during a fiesta in Alcoy town.

The complainant said the incident was repeated twice because her wife got pregnant again July this year from the same guy.

Grayson said that he already prohibited his wife from seeing the guy but she continued her relationship with him after he forgave her for her first offense. — Jasmin R. Uy/WAB (THE FREEMAN)
