“Walk with Jesus”  to kick off Sinulog

Thousands of devotees are expected to attend the Walk With Jesus that will start the celebration of the Feast of the Señor Sto. Niño and the nine-day novena tomorrow dawn.

The procession will start at 4:30 a.m. in Fuente Osmeña.

It will be followed by a Mass at the Sto. Niño Pilgrims’ Center to be celebrated by Basilica Del Sto. Niño rector Rev. Fr. Andrew Batayola at 5:30 a.m.

Hundreds of policemen have been assigned in designated areas to secure the route which covers the stretch of Osmeña Boulevard.  Devotees are asked to bring rosaries, candles and statues of the Señor Sto. Niño for the said dawn procession.
