Mauled man shoots housemate
A man who got angry after being accused of stealing a guitar by his housemates shot one of them dead last Thursday in the evening along
The victim was identified as Renato Baliza Jr., 19, while the alleged assailant, who is still at large, was identified as Raymund Bulak Jr., alias “JR”, also 19 years old.PO1 Michael Codaste of the Homicide Section told The Freeman that last July 25 the alleged assailant was mauled by one of their housemates identified only as Vincent who accused him of stealing his guitar.
Bulak reportedly got very angry and even warned them that he would take revenge against anybody in the house without specifying who, Codaste said.
Last Thursday evening, the victim who was coming from attending a wake of one of their friends and on his way home when the suspect shot him several times in the right side of the head and body.
Some residents in the area, including the victim’s mother Corazon heard the successive gunshots and saw the alleged assailant running away. When they checked were he came from, they saw the victim sprawled on the ground already dead.Scene of the Crime Operation led by Chief Insp.
