An alleged drug pusher was arrested by the combined forces of the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Branch and Special Weapons and Tactics team yesterday dawn in sitio Vampire, barangay Duljo-Fatima.
The suspect, Jimmy Pagusara, reportedly a Level 2 drug pusher who can dispose of at least 200 grams up to a kilo of shabu per week, was arrested by the police who were armed with the search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 15 Judge Fortunato de Gracia Jr. for violation of Section 11 Article 2 of RA 9165 or possession of illegal drugs.
Police found three medium packs containing suspected shabu and several aluminum foils inside the house of the suspect aside from two operational moli-moli slot machines and a video karera machine.
While being taken in after the raid, the suspect reportedly kept thrashing and shouting that the drugs recovered by the police were planted, but Supt. Pablo Labra who led the raid denied the allegations. - Edwin Ian Melecio/BRP
