Rey Lyndon Gallardo Toralba, was hit in the left portion of his breast, and his parents took him to the Tuburan District Hospital but he failed to reach there alive.
The Tuburan Police, in its investigation, reported that Toralba was last seen drinking beer at the back of their house, after which gunfire was heard and neighbors found him already wounded.
His parents said Toralba, still a bachelor, was a drug user and, for a time, suffered mental disturbance.
The police recovered from the crime scene a .38-caliber revolver, without serial number but with two live bullets still in its chamber. - Gregg M. Rubio
