PO1 Annalie Rufo, women's desk officer of Ginatilan Police Station, said that the alleged molestation happened sometime in December last year inside the house of suspect's aunt in Poblacion.
A case for rape was already filed against the accused last February before the Regional Trial Court Branch 62 in Oslob.
After the issuance of the warrant of arrest by RTC Judge Jesus dela Peña, elements of Ginatilan police led by SPO1 Felixberto Piedra then arrested the accused the other day.
No bail was recommended for the suspect, who is now detained at the Ginatilan municipal jail.
Rufo said the suspect admitted during their investigation that he had been molested by a gay through anal sex, which was also what he did to his 6-year-old playmate.
The 6-year-old boy also reportedly wanted to do the same to another playmate but the supposed victim informed his mother.
