Trisikad driver stabbed dead

A trisikad driver died after being stabbed by an unidentified assailant in Freedom Park, barangay Ermita, early yesterday morning yesterday.

Loloy Alegado, 36, of Dumanjug town, was found lying on the ground after being stabbed. He was rushed to the Cebu City Medical Center by his friend John Paul Vernal for treatment but died a few hours later.

Police said the victim was stabbed in the right side of the chest. - Delna Lou L. Abellano
