Two persons, including a barangay tanod, were arrested for illegal possession of firearms and theft, respectively, during the commemoration of the 485th "Kadaugan sa Mactan" yesterday.
The barangay tanod, identified as Vicente Gudines, was detained by elements of the Presidential Security Group for allegedly carrying a .38 caliber revolver during the celebration.
