Woman stabbed

A woman stabbed last Friday the live-in partner of her brother for allegedly breaking his wristwatch.
Ma. Elvira Tejas, 24, pulled out a knife and stabbed Genara Velasquez at the height of a heated argument in barangay Lorega-San Miguel over the broken wristwatch.
Velasquez sustained wounds on the armpit, right shoulder, and back.
Barangay tanod Noel Perales seized a 12-inch long knife from the suspect while Velasquez was taken to hospital.
Velasquez is now detained at the Camp Sotero stockade. - Flor Z. Perolina
