"We reaffirm our unwavering faith, trust, and confidence in the President's capability to get the country's economy moving and creating a better quality of life for our people," the manifesto read. "We reject any attempt to subvert the will of the people through extra-legal and unconstitutional means; and our respect for the Presidency and the rule of law remains steadfast even in these trying times and political strife our country is going through," their manifesto stated.
The PPSTA officers were led by president Victoriano Tirol Jr. of Region VII, and vice president Elenterio Castillo of Region V.
Other signatories were PPSTA directors Primo Mina (Region I), Aurelio Salunat (Region II), Pedro Cruz (Region III), Ramon Asuncion Jr. (Region IV), Jesus Latumbo (Region VI), Cirila Villegas (Region VIII), Albert Corpuz (Region IX), Jessie Obenza (Region X), Sofia Yparraguirre (Region XI), Makil Pundaodaya (Region XII), Loreto Rafols (Region XIII), Cesar Francia, National Capital Region (NCR), Fernando Eleponga, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and Abdulgafar Napii of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).
