Distinctly Sinulog Fashion

CEBU, Philippines - A vibrant atmosphere filled the Northwing Atrium of SM City Cebu as young Cebuano personalities, members of the Cebu bloggers community, and the Miss Cebu 2016 beauties walked the runway in this year's Cut & Style Fashion Presentation, on Friday last week.

All dressed in personalized special edition Sinulog tees by Island Souvenirs, the community models shared the runway with local professional models - all in special creations cut-and-styled by musician and fashion designer Kate Torralba.

The Cut & Style fashion show this year featured art deco-inspired Sinulog shirts swathed with embellishments and beads threaded through macramé knots and ties. It also featured the Island Souvenirs + Brand Collaboration Cut & Style 2016 collection - special edition tees that were designed in partnership with local and international brands, dining venues and companies.

G-Force - with "Your Face Sounds Familiar" coach and "Dance Kids" judge Teacher Georcelle in lead - opened the show with an exhilarating dance number. Yeng Constantino of the "The Voice - Season 2" capped the occasion with song performances.

Now on its 4th year, Island Souvenirs' Cut & Style campaign has definitely become an important Sinulog fashion event. (FREEMAN)
