A “Boom” Like Never Before

CEBU, Philippines – “Cebu is experiencing a real-estate boom like never before.” This was the buzz on Wednesday, October 29, at the launch of “Vista Suarez,” a vertical development project by Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. in the city.

Villar Group of Companies and Vista Land chairman Manny Villar flew into town for the occasion. This new project in Cebu is in partnership with the Suarez family (of the Suarez Bros engravers), who owns the land. “Vista Suarez” is a mixed use – residential and commercial – development, adding to the already more than 50 such developments by Vista Land in the country.

Vista Land is a market leader in the country’s real estate sector in terms of total number of houses built. It has constructed about 300,000 homes in 35 provinces and 85 cities and municipalities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. This new project in Cebu is conceived to complement the emerging urban lifestyles of the city.
