"Stylography"

CEBU, Philippines - Style and photography often go side by side, especially when fashion connects the two as one. A group of creative and style-savvy minds has pulled together a collaborative project - an open fashion shoot.  The project is a product of a passion for fashion that goes beyond what's visually appealing but more so with creating public awareness on trends and forecasts.

Called "Stylography," the project is a series of thematic gatherings of photographers, models, stylists, and creative experts out to engage on a fashion-charged journey and experience, on a mission to revitalize the city's fashion scene. Aiming to give fashion followers regular servings of styles and trends, "Stylography" presents inputs on standard fashion themes like Holiday, Spring /Summer, Weddings, and Celebrations. It also presents avante garde ideas and customized concepts.

Mentored by Cebu's ace fashion lensman Jon Unson , the kickoff shoot, dubbed as "Series 1," features international models Zeus Lorez and Alexia Barton' whose faces have already appeared in top Asian magazines and commercials. They have as well walked the runways of Asian and other international designers and labels. Rising photographers Jan Jan Novo, Hazel Sevellino and EJ Negre have also participated in the shoot, with various setups created by Stylefirm and Montebello Villa Hotel, the only garden hotel in Cebu.
