Weekend buffet treats

Friday's get hotter indeed with "Flamin' Fridays," an al fresco barbeque buffet by the pool area, on the hotel's 7th floor, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The buffet includes unlimited iced desserts (like do-it-yourself halo-halo), fresh salads, spicy chicken skewers, savory pork belly, sliced squid, and more, all to grill while the diner waits. Live acoustic entertainment serenades diners and pool dippers. At the Pool Bar, guests may enjoy a drink or two, or grab an ice-cold beer while lounging the early part of the Friday night away - sold separately, of course.

Saturdays bring in the bounty of the sea, with a fantastic seafood spread for dinner at the hotel's main all-day dining restaurant - Pusô Bistro & Bar. Succulent mussels and clams, flavorful crab, prawns, and squid, and of course the freshest snapper, among many others. The buffet also features Pusô's signature paella and adobo-flavored pusô, while brazo de Mercedes and other desserts await at the cupcake ferris wheel. It all comes inclusive of bottomless iced tea and chilled juice.

Finally, on Sundays, Pusô Bistro & Bar carves out a special spread to cap the weekend and whet the appetite for more flavors in the week to come - a lunch buffet for the whole family! The newly augmented signature Sunday lunch buffet now includes whole lechon, and comes with bottomless iced tea and chilled juice, and of course access to the to-die-for dessert buffet.
