Rustan's launched its Children Summer Collection through "Sound of Sunshine: A Kidchella Party." An American-themed Coachella party, it featured fun activities complete with summer coolers and a super adorable kid runway show, putting together some of the cutest and hippest fashion brands for kids.

Google to restructure into new holding company called Alphabet.

The tech company Google announced that it would rebrand itself as Alphabet, a new holding company that presides over a collection of companies, the largest of which is Google. Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin will be handling control of its core research engine business to Sundar Pichai. Page and Brin will leave Google and Pichai will be the CEO. Page will be Alphabet's new CEO and Brin is the president.

4th Cebu International Documentary Film Festival.

The annual documentary film fest in Cebu will have its formal opening at Ayala Onstage Cinema this 10 a.m., a documentary entitled "Fight Church" directed by Daniel Junge and Bryan Storkel will be the first movie offering.
