Another phase of high- end residential project

The homegrown real estate industry leader recently introduced the third phase of its high-end residential community project. Last October 22, Aboitizland launched the Phase 3 of its Priveya Hills, located on the northern side of Barangay Bacayan, Cebu City.

The project is a private neighborhood for the privileged few who value prime investments. It is designed as a five-phase development project conceptualized with a view to provide wide, open spaces, plenty of lush greenery and expansive residential spaces. Lots are generously cut, each from 400 to 1,000 square meters in size.

Phase 1, introduced on March 3, 2012, has 78 of its 113 lots sold in less than a year. Phase 2, which offers a total of 89 lots, has 72 percent sold in its first year.

The Priveya project continues to attract a loyal following. It stands out for its sprawling parks and the abundance of lush foliage. The parks host refreshing ponds and landscaped slopes providing, together with a wide vista Cebu and Mandaue Cities, a welcoming sanctuary for vecinos (Spanish for neighbors; AboitizLand's term for its clients, homeowners).

The property has a sturdy perimeter enclosure, well-planned village amenities and good value appreciation.
