"Voyage Cebu 2014"

CEBU, Philippines - A celebration of luxurious beauty and timeless style marked the start of August in Cebu this year, as one of the world's iconic luxury conglomerates held its first event in the metro.

Dubbed "Voyage Cebu 2014," Louis Vuitton Philippines' first event outside of Metro Manila took place at Shangri-La Mactan's Ocean Pavilion from August 5 to 7 - where the French brand showcased the finest selection of leather goods, quality luggage pieces, and ready-to-wear accessories.

Established in 1854, Louis Vuitton's journey in the Philippines began in 1993, when it opened its first boutique in the country in Makati. In 2011, the brand expanded to a 395-square meter, three-level boutique in Greenbelt 4.

As a brand, Louis Vuitton continues to remain faithful to the standards set by its founder, Louis Vuitton, who brought to light the "art of travel" ideal through finely crafted luggage, bags and accessories. (YRST) (FREEMAN)
