Kids in Denims

CEBU, Philippines - Denim is classic. From its modest beginnings, fabric has since gone beyond borders in terms of colors and style. Through the years, it has been one of the favorite choices for casual and comfort wears - even among kids.

A bunch of cute little kids took over the stage and almost painted the town blue with different variations of denim wear.

Parading their stuff on the runway with their supermodel stance, those kids stand proof that denims are a hip choice across age brackets. From jeans, shorts, skirts, jumpers and even dresses, it's clear how denims have remained one of the top preferences for clothing over the years. Of course, the kids do not lag behind with the classic trend.

The "SM Kids' Fashion" event at SM City Cebu brought together the biggest and widest denim wear collection, participated in by different denim brands. Along with TV's Gimme 5 group and premiere child star Andrea Brilliantes, kids gathered to celebrate Denim Day at the SM Northwing Atrium.

The Denim Day at SM City Cebu clearly got the kids all fired up with new ideas for cool denim outfits to show off to their playmates. Well, of course, they were also so excited to see their favorite TV child personalities perform entertainment numbers and model some of the pieces in denim collection. (FREEMAN)
