CEBU, Philippines - The summer vacation has ended and, once again, the school days are back. The Salmon Grenobloise in lemon capers is best paired with Ardeche Sauvignon Blanc, which has a golden color, and gives off citrus aromas, grapefruit and lemon, as well as box wood and broom.

June weekend nights are "Lobby Chill Out!" nights, with live entertainment starting at 7 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The Lobby Lounge offers the tastiest sandwiches - Earl Sandwich served with tortillas! The Parisian Delights is a collection of all-time favorite French desserts that are good to go with afternoon tea or coffee.

Café Fortuna's offering to meat lovers - Oh My Ribs! - sweet and spicy Asian beef ribs. "Fridays are for Fathers" on all Fridays of June is a carry-over offering from Fathers' Day, with lunch or dinner buffet and free use of Pool Aquarius and gym for a day! The whole family can enjoy the 5-plus-1 promo in "Buffet Thrills at UNO."
