Asian Fusion Brunch Buffet

CEBU, Philippines - A new addition has recently been added to the already impressive selection of highlights at Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu's Ibiza Beach Club - the Asian Fusion Brunch Buffet. It is offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Combining different Asian culinary specials into one unique dining experience, the Asian Fusion Brunch Buffet features dishes like Chinese streamed white chicken with ginger sauce, kinilaw maki rolls, couscous with spicy Korean kimchi and calamari, smoked white fish banana blossom with coconut vinaigrette, and more.

"[It] is an experience that has to be savored at a leisurely pace, given the vast buffet spread featuring dishes from the Asian region," Executive Chef Aaron Foster says of the new brunch buffet offering.

Diners can also enjoy selections from the hotel's best-selling ala carte specialties - apart from looking forward to free-flowing Celebrus Brut sparkling wine cocktails, along with an eclectic selection of appetizers, salads and desserts.

Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Cebu City, with pickups and drop-offs at the Ayala Center Cebu, at 11:15 a.m. (pickups) and 2 or 4 p.m. (return trips). (FREEMAN)
