Developed by InnoPub Media in collaboration with the Sinulog Foundation Inc. and Smart Communications Inc., the aptly named Sinulog Guide app takes a proactive stance in affording users with a comprehensive digital guide that covers the different facets that have come to define Sinulog as the grandest festival in the country.

Available in versions for Android and Windows Phone, the app essentially features sections that are devoted to resolve where to go questions, where to stay queries, and what to do inquiries—set in parallel to the history of Sinulog as a cultural and religious celebration.

Also highlighting detailed lists that touch up on Cebu's notable delicacies, dining destinations and places of interest, the app also contains a comprehensive roster of establishments and service providers accredited by the Department of Tourism Central Visayas, along with a directory of consular embassies, hospitals, transportation service providers and more.
